Payment Guidelines
All items are priced at Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). Payments are accepted via Bank Transfers.
Please ensure that you include the following information;
- Name
- Invoice number as reference
Once the payments are made, please send us a screenshot as proof of payment.
No cancellations, returns or exchanges allowed. Do note that the crystals are of its’ natural formations and may have slight nicks, scratches, chips or pockets.
Shipping/Delivery guidelines
Standard local doorstep postage fee is at RM10 per KG, followed by a tracking number. Currently there are no international shipping services at the moment. Hopefully in the future, it will be implemented.
Self Collection is only available at the Melaka Town area with a minimum of MYR10 worth of purchased items only.
Please note that for those who have opted for the Open Box policy, the packages are only sent once a week.
Open Box Policy
To save on your shipping costs. Our open box policy lets you accumulate items that were purchased and stored for a month or upon your request to be posted to you. All it takes for a minimum of five (5) items to start with.
Should you require an extension for your open box purchases, do drop us an email to inform.
